It was an agreement between the founding fathers Alexander Hamilton, Thomas Jefferson and James Madison. Hamilton negotiated that the federal government would take over the debt of the states for the War of Independence, while Jefferson and Madison negotiated the placement of the nation`s capital in the District of Columbia. Now it`s so current, Flourish! I loved those songs. A must for all these days. So many good selections to choose from, but the Stones is my fav. Thank you very much. These songs have similar names.
